Privacy Policy

CouponMesh is operated by Orange Forge LLC (“CouponMesh,” “we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from creators and brands who use our marketplace and mobile app, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using CouponMesh you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
• Profile information — for creators: bio, niche, country, connected social handles and their public follower counts and engagement rates. For brands: company name, store domain, and the ecommerce platform you connect.
• Store & integration data — when you connect Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or Stripe, we store the access credentials needed to create discount codes and read order/conversion data. Sensitive tokens are encrypted at rest.
• Payment information — payouts and billing are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card or bank numbers; we keep Stripe identifiers and payout/commission status.
• Usage & performance data — coupon codes issued, clicks, conversions, commissions, ratings, and disclosure activity used to operate the marketplace and prevent fraud.
• Device data — if you install our mobile app and enable notifications, we store an Expo push token to deliver alerts. You can disable this anytime in your device settings.

2. How we use your information

• Operate the marketplace and match creators with relevant brands.
• Attribute conversions to the correct creator and calculate commissions and payouts.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
• Send transactional emails and push notifications (e.g., invitations, approvals, payouts).
• Provide support and comply with legal, tax, and FTC-disclosure obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers who run the platform on our behalf — Stripe (payments), Resend (email), our hosting providers, and Expo (push delivery).
• With ecommerce platforms you connect (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Stripe) to issue codes and read attribution data.
• Between brands and creators you partner with — limited profile and performance information needed to evaluate and run a campaign.
• For legal and safety reasons, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies, including a secure, httpOnly cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet financial and legal record-keeping requirements.

6. Your rights and choices

You can access and update your profile at any time. From your account settings you can export your data or permanently delete your account. Depending on where you live (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. 7. Security

We protect your data in transit with TLS and encrypt sensitive credentials at rest. Passwords are hashed. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

8. International users

CouponMesh is operated from the United States; your information is processed there.

9. Children

CouponMesh is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
